Really?
Brokenquill, it is a picture of an owl and the caption says "YA RLY" which in case you didn't know is a way of saying "Yeah really" on the internet, but it's really important you say it that way because that is THE MEME. I have no explanation for this one and I have no idea why it is funny, or even if it is at all funny. But there is a Youtube video in the "Know Your Meme" series that covers this exact meme. I don't know off the top of my head if this video discussion of how this meme got started and why requires sight in order to understand, (Like I just don't know if critical information is given in purely visual form), but I hope you get some kind of benefit from it if you decide to "watch" it. Should I just say "listen" to it? Because I'm guessing that is what you will actually be doing.
Can you tell that I am absolutely clueless about what is offensive to say to someone who is not sighted but I am trying my hardest NOT to say it? Because I desperately do not want to be more of THAT to you. You should not even have THAT in your life at all. Unfortunately, every kind of being different in the world comes with some version of THAT. Fuck THAT.
Now, the meme in visual form.
Oh man, for like 30 seconds, I totally derped and forgot how I would possibly get the exact URL for this image. I was a n00b for approximately 30 seconds. How embarrassing and tragic.
