Not only am I not sure how that is anti-religion, I'm not even sure what you're referring to.
Watch the episode again. Tyson claims with some disdain in his voice and his facial expression, "there was hardly ever a prophecy attempted by the mystics that even strives for comparable precision". He is slamming mystics. If the show is only supposed to get people excited by science, why slam mystics?
You guys seem to get upset at the suggestion that the show has "anti-religious undertones". Why does that bother you?
