Obviously there are instances when we should so the argument, "Its none of your business" is not a strong one.

But that only depends on the instance.

Doesn't it show that the state ultimately has governship over a woman's fetus?

If you want to argue the pro-abortion position that is fine. But choose a strong argument. The "right to privacy" isn't a compelling one.
