Is it possible that multiverse will appear to be fine tuned and you need megaverse to explain IT?

I'm still confused as to what could be meant by "before the Big Bang" if time itself emerged at that point.

What I wonder is what time does multiverse have. Does it have multitime? And each universe has it's own time?
