I just checked it isn't the "atheist" video so it must have been another video then. I'm not sure if Harris said something on the subject. I think Hitchens said that in stone age times it was like 20 or something. I think. And I'm not sure if thats reliable or not, he has been known to get his facts wrong (apparently).
