I don't judge anyone who bares all, it's just not something I'm open to doing. I'm not ashamed of it, it just means more when I can share it with someone I'm involved with.
Same here. it's the reason I won't post pics of my boobs anytime soon either.
I think DeistPaladin has a point. I'd like to add another theory: desensitizing. Women see their own breasts literally everyday, men see their own penis literally everyday. I think it gets pretty easy for the less prudish types to show them off because they're so used to seeing it themselves. But women need a mirror (or to be extremely flexible) in order to see their own genitals and, personally, I think that sight would take some getting used to.
EDIT: Basically, I don't think shame has that much to do with it.
