I would almost always agree with having a penis = not female, ... but it remains that a penis is not the fundamental difference between men and women

I contend the fundamental differance between men and women is the possession of a penis.

Some of us may be more interested in your staff than we are in you...

and that is just the way I like them. (Them = Females without penises.) (Females without penises = Born without a penis, not penis-less due to elective surgery.)
