Just watching the video now which confirms my stand on all religions. They are always built on prior mythology and social norms. It is no different than Coke competing with Pepsi.
One thing I disagree with that guy on is that the other two religions teach brotherhood and equality. No no no no no, THE OT god of the Hebrews was a tribal god as well. The Christian Jesus at best could be argued to say "treat them like pets", but the tribal divisions are inherent in all of them even if you want to say that Islam is much more intolerant at it's core. You are still talking about the same God of all three that are the absolute authority over humans. Less tolerant vs more tolerant still misses the point that once you start claiming a godfather character as your leader, you set yourself up for division.
