There are several ways.

1. Become an good poster and earn the respect of the membership.
2. Wait until a position becomes available and apply for it, assuming you've achieved 1., above.
3. Blackmail
4. Bribery

The latter two are difficult as their price is high (I've tried) and it's hard to get incriminating/embarrasing pictures of the staff.

You left out assassination. That's how I got in.

I assumed you'd have to wipe out the entire staff to keep knowledge of your actions hidden?
