The operative word here is "Service" what is implied is "government funded" and no it is not viable in the long term. THAT is the problem.
Do you not have great long waiting lists for "Public Hospitals"? And do you think that because you are on a government pension that this is going to continue ad infinitum? Do you seriously think that your NHS is going to cope?
