That seems to sum up their rationale pretty good. But, since the left always loves harping back to, "What about Bush?", "What about Reagan?", we may as well go ahead and throw Bill Clinton's, "Wags the Dog" war out there too since he sent Americans into Kosovo. They were no threat to us.
