Well, that did not bug me because at the end of X-3 we think we see Xavier after the credits. William Stryker is actually the only big mistake in the movie I saw. In X-Men Origins: Wolverine we see William Stryker with Wolverine and gang in Vietnam, and in this one we see him after Vietnam and Stryker doesn't seem to even know who he is, not to mention it's a different actor. Maybe this will be cleaned up, but something tells me it was a mistake that was allowed to slide.
