The unraveling of the Human Genome Code was announced to the world as the discovery of the language of the Creator by then President, Bill Clinton. What scientists discovered was an extremely sophisticated genetic language necessary for even the simplest life forms to exist.
Who cares what a politician says about a science he has no clue about.
DNA is not a language. DNA is used to make mRNA which in turn makes proteins. That's it.
There is no information being communicated. It is a chemical process.
Quote:To believe that this level of apparent design happened either randomly or by chance is a mathematical equation of probability with more zeros than I care to type (plus I don't know what the word is for numbers which are thousands of trillions!).
make your bets.. odds against you..
Humans do not detect design by complexity, the odds of it occuring or appearance. We detect design by contrasting it to things that occur naturally.
As far as your claim about the odds, when one is dealt a bridge hand of thirteen cards, the probability of being dealt that particular hand is less than one in 635 billion. Yet, it would be absurd for someone to be dealt a hand, examine it carefully, and exclaim, “wow, the odds against getting these exact cards are 635 billion to 1. I couldn’t possibly have been dealt this hand by chance. There must have been supernatural intervention.
Is that another allusion to Pascal's Wager at the end there?

You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.
