You have to understand that when you trivialize these things, your doing so from a perspective of non belief. If you have made the connection that God is real, then is it outside the realm of possibility that some of your actions could indeed be guided by God... If you take the speaking to be literal, I don't think you really understand what they mean. Yes some Christians cannot decipher between there own fuzzy feeling and supposedly a God speaking to them due to feelings of euphoria at that time of realizing something exciting. Your argument as intended also does not implicitly deny God's existence as you alluded too, but just establishes that some God believing people cannot ascertain their own thoughts.
So he talks in a sort of make-believe sense?

Exactly, that's kind of my point - to display how people are full of shit. They willingly suspend all critical thinking and hypnotize themselves into believing that a tiny "voice" in their heads is actually the omnipotent creator of the universe ---telling them what dress to wear to church.

I certainly appreciate you taking the time to type that out for me. It was an interesting read to be sure.
But, for the part I quoted:
"Post hoc ergo propter hoc". Correlation does not equal causation. She could have used your mixture, and the next day turned in more resumes, etc. If you could reproduce those results in some sort of laboratory setting, I'd be hella impressed. James Randi would also give you $1million.
