I must admit that while the original post was meant 'tongue in cheek', bits of it do truly express my thoughts. That 'proverbial mountain of evidence' that points to wholly natural answers to the questions of 'how' and 'why', as well as indicating that god is not necessary, is one of the things that supports my personal conclusion that there is no god (that part quoted by Scented Nectar). I simply took that and wrapped it in a silly argument about it being 'evidence that god does not exist'. <-- for those that didn't get it.
If there is anything to actually discuss in this thread, perhaps it is that. Although, from experience I know that theists tend to claim that those 'wholly natural answers' = 'god', so perhaps not. Heheh.
