Read again what it says:
The Son of Man will send out his angels, and they will weed out of his kingdom everything that causes sin and all who do evil.
That's what it says. To send out angels throughout the kingdom that he had already established to weed out the evildoers. Where does it say he hadn't arrived yet?
If it could be proven beyond doubt that God exists...
and that He is the one spoken of in the Bible...
