Well, what I mean is... as I am not comfortable trading one of my kids for a pet I would feel guilty having one. When I get a pet (when my kids are older) it will be at a time when I can give him/her all the love and attention a pet deserves. I will not be one of those pet owners who has a dog in the back yard that they pat on the head once a day because they're too busy. One day though, we will have our big fluffay Saint Bernard. Big Grin
