If that is a weekly or daily occurrence, that's harassment & actionable in the US.

It is definitely weekly and every time we have meetings. It's so annoying. I just called my HR about it yesterday and she says she will address the situation and just hung up on me so clearly she doesn't see this to be a relative issue in her book.
