OK, I had an actual one last night. No vintage Celicas or fire engines.
I was standing on some beach on Lake Michigan and Tugboat Annie, a sightseeing boat I used to ride there in the 80's slowly pulled up and ran aground about twenty feet from where I stood. My uncle and a few other VPs from the bank he works at in real life stepped off and we chatted (at this point, my mother came into the dream). We all eventually got back on Tugboat Annie, got her ungrounded, and we were all back underway to wherever it was we were going. While inside the boat, my uncle showed me the controls that he worked with, which included a motorboat throttle.
All through the dream, the first 25 seconds of this was looping (Low - "I'm On Fire"): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bWIorQ_Fgxk
The tugboat in question, which apparently quite operating at the tail end of the 80's: http://www.myludingtonvacation.com/Unit/Details/21102
