He still does all the stunts for real and he still eats all that disgusting shit and he still kills dangerous animals like alligators and snakes.
I don't doubt that he's qualified, I don't doubt that he could survive in the wilderness, and I don't doubt that he's a badass.
Here's my beef with the man. Too many of the stunts he pulls on his show are unnecessarily risky and will get people killed if they emulate him in a real survival situation.
