Nice thoughts on the rule changes.
Are 2-point attempts also spotted at the 15?
I think the rule change that will actually have the biggest effect on the game is the no receiver contact after 5 yards. The way I read it is that hand-checking will not be allowed. How this is enforced could have a huge impact on the passing game.
Edit: Forgot to mention, I won't watch pre-season games unless the Bengals or Dophins are playing. Even then I'm only really interested in watching the rookies.
