It is possible that Hell will be your final destination but if so it won't be because you have become an atheist. You were already a sinner who deserved hell even when you were involved in religion. I don't know anything about you personally but I know this is true because it is true of everyone. God is holy and can't tolerate sin; all of us have sinned. Unless our sins are atoned for in some way we all will be condemned to Hell.

Jesus Christ died to atone for our sins; anyone who repents and believes in him will be forgiven. Anyone who fails to do this will be punished for his sins. It won't make any difference whether he is an atheist or the adherent of some religion. There are even people who profess to be Christian but are still unforgiven because they haven't really repented.
His invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse.
