I'm not trying to say kill them off, if that's what you mean by mentioning retarded people. I'm just saying there are better things to spend money on than trying to save a species that is going extinct for reasons we're not directly responsible for.

You don't think their sexual appetite has degraded? Then why do you think they've lived for so long when they're dying off now?
