Actually that might be a solution to the problem, as long as he kills more than one person it'll be a step in the right direction to solve overcrowding.

I went to a shooting club but that was over 10 years ago I don't know if they still exist.
We don't all love the sun, loads of fat people hate it. I love the sun because I like wearing T shirts and shorts and I like seeing girls in short shorts, also hot weather makes the joints feel good. We don't get much sun so when we get it we love it.
Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
Impersonation is treason.
