Does it follow then that they worship the same God? Maybe the problem is that they aren't worshiping the same God and these divisions exist to clarify truth from falsity.

If he hasn't straightened things out by now he either doesn't exist, doesn't care, or is unable to do anything about it.Seems like a false trichotomy there. This line of reasoning is akin to the argument against God because of the existence of evil. Most philosopher's have abandoned this line of reasoning because of the hidden premise in the argument: that the evil (or in our case divisions) is meaningless. You've assumed that there aren't any good reasons for these divisions.
I still maintain the original argument is fallacious. Divisions do not necessitate non-existence. There is the A-series and the B-series theories of time. Certainly, because there is division over the interpretation of time, you wouldn't conclude that time does not exist. Or science does not exist. Or scientists do not exist. You would most likely conclude 'we don't have all the answers yet,' and be satisfied.
If it could be proven beyond doubt that God exists...
and that He is the one spoken of in the Bible...
would you repent of your sins and place your faith in Jesus Christ?
