Whether or not you like it, Drich, that is reality. Now would it always happen this way? No, of course not, but you're definitely less likely to be suspected of criminal activity if you're white in America. That is a fact.
Here is an example from New York a northern state that isn't particularly racist compared to southern states.
"In 2013, New Yorkers were stopped by the police 191,558 times.
169,252 were totally innocent (88 percent).
104,958 were black (56 percent).
55,191 were Latino (29 percent).
20,877 were white (11 percent)."

Ok but out of the times these stops were made how many arrests were made for subsequent stop?
Here's another shocking thought... What if one racial group has a tendency to be involved in more criminal activity than another?
In my fergason thread someone posted a stat that said in the state of Mo, black people were less then 20% of the total population, but were convicted of 60% of the crime. In that light, why wouldn't black people be stopped more?
Convicted as in a trial by your peers, or an admission of guilt.
