It's not just about young earth views. If you look, the application requires you to sign AiG's statement of faith, which is loaded for bear with religious language up to and including acceptance of the christian god and a literal interpretation of the bible. It also asks that you give "salvation testimony," which I don't think I'm remiss in viewing as a statement of one's own christianity.

The Ark Park, which the position is advertised as being for, is a for profit business entity and thus falls under non-discrimination laws. The claim that the job opening is an in-house AiG position is directly contradicted by the title of the ad itself.
