Except insofar as there is a "bona fide occupational qualification" - it's not entirely clear which way that would go in a lawsuit - leastwise, nor as clear as you or Statler appear to believe. The statement of faith indicates that only a particular type of Christian need apply, and it'll take a court to decide whether that's a BFOQ under Federal law, or whether it's just Ham's preference and its not really necessary to believe the bullshit one sells, provided one is willing to sell it sincerely.
