If addicts can sue casinos for forcing them to gamble and thieves can sue their victims if they get injured while attempting robbery, why is punishing cheaters not taken seriously? Honestly, I find the mental trauma of betrayal far more devastating than if a couple teenagers stole my yard gnome, Spriggan. I think such occurrences should be taken as seriously as any other crime if the victim wishes to presses charges. It can lead to an extremely negative domino effect that hurts more than just the original love triangle. Just a random thought...
