It is always good to know that you are not the last rational person on the planet. I'm usually work from the assumption that the vast majority of the human race is simply bat-shit crazy. The person that just cut me off in traffic is probably packing a gun. The TV preacher and all his little preacherets would take my job, my home, my kids, and have me beheaded for not believing in the "one true god" if they could get the government to pass laws in their favor, and they are trying to do just that. There are people in our government who really think Jesus will return in the next few years and they are trying to set things up for him. Much of the world is at war, planning to be at war, or preparing for in imminent war, and that's kind of okay with most people. One could go on for days and not touch on all of the symptoms of insanity exhibited by the human race in any single hour.
But don't put too much value on forums like this one either. It is possible to have some fun and debate with some like-minded people. The crazies are around though, and are just as loud and obnoxious as they are outside. The one good thing is, here, they can't really do any harm.
