As amusing a thought puzzle as that is, I'd have to say no. Hypochondriacs tend toward imagining physical ailments, so while a diagnosis of hypochondria might be a legitimate diagnosis, it's psychological in nature, it's not exactly a physical condition in the way an infection is a physical condition.
