All wars there are people being conquered, murdered, oppressed, and enslaved, the problem is that you're only associating it with Islam. Or at least making it seem as such from I can understand. This is happening even today with modern empire building. A simple class in Greek History could relate to you the astonishing similarities between the Athenian Empire and the Euro-American Empire.
