Both of these replies actually state that there are different degrees of rape. But don't necessarily agree where to draw the line....
Mine certainly does. I think there are different degrees to most crimes, which is why you have a gamut of charges, in order to have an appropriate selection for the appropriate crime.
I'm not really big on nail-hunting. We have more than just a hammer, and we should use the right tool for the job.
