Yeah, the idea that games should reflect reality is kind of fucked-up. As for feminists-- when the self-expression you are struggling to earn is the power to limit the self-expression of others, what can be said? That's fucking hypocritical. Female toons are exaggeratedly "perfect" and totally unrealistic because that's what males' brains get excited by. And all throughout evolution we see this-- that if you artificially exaggerate peacock plumage, the hens get excited. Or if you exaggerate the yellow dot on a mother seagull's beak, the baby birds get more excited.
So this particular brand of feminism, which refuses to ignore biological reality and its expression in games, is stupid. Equality for women doesn't mean forcing men to live in a world custom-tailored to suit the noisiest women's sensibilities.
