And guess what again.....addicts take their food stamps and convert them into the objects of their addiction. They will buy bottled water...dump out the water. Return the bottles for the deposit....then with the cash buy hand sanitizer and cut it with orange juice to get drunk.

And you want to give these dumb fucks cash?

Its better than giving them food stamps which they will wastefully convert to cash anyways.

If you are really worried that people are too dumb to buy the food they need if you give them money instead of food stamps....just set up machines on every street corner that dispense tasteless but nutritionally complete food pucks.
