They will not be living a normal life in prison, for starters. Even less so once the inmates catch wind of their crimes (just in case you didn't know, people that harm children tend to be the bottom rung of max security prison hierarchies).
And again, you seem to be against the idea of allowing them to go to prison since it would be a cost to taxpayers, but I've already mentioned to you that the death penalty costs are exponentially greater.
Do I need to bring up some statistics for you?
