Both sides are rude. The street preacher is being a dick simply because he's an obnoxious street preacher, and the little girl is a brat. I found the video immensely annoying.

As for the staging possibility.... I don't know. The camera is too steady, the preacher too young, the girl too at ease... but she's american and all americans I see are way too much up their asses....

I meant "all americans I see" [in real life]... sorry for the imprecision. Turns out, these are not that many, to be honest, but all those do tend to be loud, which gives off that obnoxious "up own ass" aroma.
There's even a canadian I know that sounds the same... and he's the boss at JET, in the UK.
