Your problem is that you've swallowed the standard christian platitudes so badly, you don't even feel the need to justify them. It might be license for you to switch your brain off, but when you bray "that's out of context!" it doesn't actually count as a rebuttal until you demonstrate what the correct context is, and how you know this was the original authorial intent.
Until then, it's a total nothing.
If the bibles original writers were around today they would more than likely agree and say it was for profit and nothing more.
