The grand jury that heard this case was selected before Darren Wilson was killed, and prosecutors have nothing to do with selecting Missouri grand juries.
Does not matter, you are still talking about a system that is lopsided. He is a prosecutor not a defense attorney and he acted like one from the start. That grand jury had 9 whites and only 3 blacks. In a majority black community where this happened how did that jury become so lopsided? Even if he had no hand it selecting them, someone did. It still would not change that I doubt seriously that it was a 12-0 vote.
