The grand jury that heard this case was selected before Darren Wilson was killed, and prosecutors have nothing to do with selecting Missouri grand juries.
Does not matter, you are still talking about a system that is lopsided. He is a prosecutor not a defense attorney and he acted like one from the start. That grand jury had 9 whites and only 3 blacks. In a majority black community where this happened how did that jury become so lopsided? Even if he had no hand it selecting them, someone did. It still would not change that I doubt seriously that it was a 12-0 vote.

The jury was so lopsided because the county they were selected from is 70% white.

He fed them what he wanted them to eat, burped them, and changed their diaper.
And that diaper contained exactly the shit he wanted it to contain.

Here is the link to all 24 volumes of Grand Jury testimony, various other documents presented to the Grand Jury including officer Wilson's medical records, and transcripts of law enforcement interviews of witnesses.

The work of this Grand Jury is about as transparent as you can get.

Holy crap. Still not getting it. If whites had the same POV and history of blacks you would understand how wrong that is.
Would Wilson feel the same if the prosecutor were black and the Grand Jury only had 3 whites on it and he got indicted?
Selection bias and sample rate error. Once again this is not about one case. This is about both intentional and unintentional ignorance of history and conditions.
And we are not talking about the totality of the county. Same stupid logic when people don't see rain when the weatherman says "scattered thunderstorms".
This happened in Ferguson, not the rest of the county. I myself live in a extremely huge county but I do not take where I live as the totality of that county.
By virtue of that ignorant statement you made, you do not understand the simple concept of protection of dissent and separation of powers. If all that is constituted to equal morality was the rule of the 70% we would not need a secular government at all. We could just have mob rule.

Seriously? So what you are saying is that you wanted only people who live in Ferguson to be on the jury? And you think they wouldn't be biased? Because of these riots i'm glad that it was the entire county on the jury. Did you see how the black community looted shops, including a store that micheal brown himself stole from. They literally looted shops in his memory. And you think they would be less bias than a bunch of white people, because obviously white people are going to be biased when it comes to decisions about black people, right?

What burns me is the left inflames people's anger by playing the race card then disavow the looting behavior that ultimately results.
