Now I understand the concept of prosecutorial discretion. Obama has it in his power to instruct government agencies to not prosecute. However prosecutorial discretion does not entitle Obama to declare some illegal aliens to now be lawfully in the country and thus eligible for social security cards and work permits. Obama has overstepped his bounds.
Additionally, his power grab has resulted in a another unintended consequence. Because of Obamacare, employers now have a $3000 dollar a year incentive to hire illegal but now lawfully present immigrants over every day citizens of the United States.
