Great, that might make a difference 10 years from now.
Maybe.
What do you do with all the people dying for want of coverage now? Or do you just say, "fuck em, that's what they get for being poor"?
My simple proposal would be to have Medicare for everyone and just jettison the whole Byzantine and unnecessary health insurance scheme completely.
I know it won't fly with the GOP but I'm an independent.
Some problems take 10 years to fix and this is one of them. Now it will take even longer thanks to Obama and the democrats. You told millions of people who need health care that they can take this insurance(which is not healthcare) and fuck off. Now you guys can party on with the insurance company fat cats you made rich.
Which is it Haywood? Now you are saying "fuck the rich"? I don't believe you. I think you simply waffle because you know morally you are wrong and cant wiggle out of your position, so you adapt the arguments of the other side.
Ok, now it is "fuck the rich". Makes no sense to me if you defend Walmart or the Koch brothers at the same time as saying "fuck the rich".
The anger you are feeling in reading this is not because I am wrong. The term for that is " cognitive dissonance". You are not used to your pattern being upset with challenge.
And again you think any challenge to wealth is saying "fuck the rich" on our part. Liberals can and do make the distinction between constructive wealth and destructive extraction wealth. The only reason we went down this route is because of the GOP and unlike Tea Party nuts we live with civil disagreement and do not throw tantrums when we don't get everything we want.
Now you are saying the private sector doesn't work? Is that what you mean by "you made those fat cats rich". No we didn't we simply slowed down the bleeding, the GOP watered down that bill to the point we could not do more and believe me we wanted to do more.

Save it. You're not fooling anyone here.

So long-winded answer made short, your answer is "yes, fuck the poor".
Actually he talks out of both sides of his mouth. He blames Democrats for making the Insurance company "fat cats" rich.
He is trying to have it both ways. Just like a Christian does with "freedom of religion" but cries like a baby when others simply want equal rights. He calls them special rights. He still has a separate standard for the poor than he does for the side he defends. He is the one advocating "special rights", not liberals.
It amounts to the same crap "It is right when I get what I want and tyranny when I don't get everything I want".
