Yeah, made the case. Your's.
The man charging was armed with his fists. You want to make it sound like Brown was incapable of doing bodily harm to Wilson but this is certainly untrue. Second listen to the recording the grand idiot Minimalist provided. Ask yourself if you were the officer....in the time the shots were fired...could you properly holster your weapon and arm yourself with a baton or mace?
Also ask yourself if you were the officer and Brown who is about 30% larger than you...would Brown who already attempted to confiscate your gun once be able to do so if the baton or the mace were ineffective and you were tackled? If you are the officer are you going to take on that risk in a fight or flight moment? I don't think so.
Wilson's testimony is corroborated by witness testimony. There is no way a reasonable jury finds Wilson guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Wilson may be guilty here...but he simply will not be convicted except by a mob who doesn't care(as evidence by their looting) about the rule of law. No prosecutor with half a brain wants to prosecute this case.

Why is it that in any discussion of race in America, it's inevitable that someone on the right wing will say some variation on "you know, I have black friends"? Do you actually think this argument works on anyone?
when the left claims the right is racist the left reveals themselves to be idiots.
If you choose to believe Darren and the prosecutor and the way he set it up, there is nothing we can do to convince you you are full of shit. There is more than his account.
You are doing the same crap of cherry picking I have seen between liberal and conservative on the issue of religion. The same cherry picking you use to defend your antiquated economics.
From your POV he is innocent. NO SHIT, we are not doubting you believe that. We are doubting your interpretation of the narrative you swallow because it suits your own desires.
1. Neither side dispute that Wilson was sitting down in the car.
NEITHER SIDE.
Now go find me any cop training manual that tells the cop it is a good idea to physically confront a suspect while you are in a seated position at a tactical disadvantage once you know they are going to give you trouble.
I have seen plenty of fights, been in fights, outside this issue. I have seen guys needlessly escalate a situation, have done so myself, and I have seen others step back and create distance, and have done so myself to avoid making things worse. You cannot tell me it is a good game plan to attempt physical contact with someone while you are seated in the car.
I have told you all the stupid crap I did. I have told you that I have seen all sorts of fights where no one ended up dead. I assaulted a cop once myself. I did not end up dead.
No one is trying to turn Brown into a hero. No one is saying you have the right to assault cops. STOP trying to make arguments no one is making.
THINK THINK THINK THINK THINK about your intense feeling of "Wilson didn't do anything wrong".
FINE, for argument's sake lets agree.
Now take that feeling of your desperation of trying to convince everyone how wrongfully judged Wilson has been.
THAT is the issue. What blacks have gone through is the same thing, guilty or innocent. To a much higher rate than Wilson, or most whites.
You talk about law, you talk about title. None of us are arguing those things. We are arguing CONDITIONS.
