They never let me kill kids in video games. There's a big taboo about it. On GTA, it's ok for me to sneak up on an adult and blast their head off with a shotgun, but if I did it to a child they are helpless I suppose?

I want the option to turn kids on/off. It's stupid to just have NO kids anywhere on the map. Then it's up to the player if they want kids present at a all, then up to them again if they want to kill them.

Why is this such a taboo?
