Not sure what impact it will have as it was not a ruling on a direct challenge to Obama's executive order but rather a ruling on it after reviewing the executive order in a criminal case.

Here is a Thinkprogress article but I wouldn't put too much stalk in this one however as they claim the judge set aside parts of the executive order which does not appear to be true. Obviously Thinkprogress isn't interested in fair and honest reporting. They don't even try to hide their liberal slant.
