I don't deny a ruling was made, DUH both the Fox article and the Post article are addressing the same case.
I do think just like Christians try to retrofit Jesus into the constitution the Fox article's take on what it means is BULLSHIT.
You are constantly looking for any way you can to take Obama down, just like Bonehead and Turtleman. Hate to tell you this but Obama is a lawyer himself Harvard FYI. "J.D. magna cum laude". I don't think Obama is worried about what this judge did, nor do I think it will have much if any impact on is Executive Order.
