I'm a happy, single woman whose last relationship was with someone who is in the same profession as me. Both of us are type A personalities and we both tried to be the "dominant". We reached a compromise that worked out perfectly for us both.
Worked out fine. We're still friends and we didn't want to carry on a long distance relationship when I took up a job in NZ. He's still in Melbourne.
I notice you immediately homed in on that one aspect of what I said and ignored the rest.
