Why is it that you believe slavery can only have existed then?
If you believe that this is the only valid picture of slavery then you must now reconsile the google defination I provided.
(I did in that the defination still stands, as it not only encompasses the 1800's defination of slavery, it also encompasses modern examples as well.)
