If there is any continuing accretion of information in a finite mind over eternity the mind will be
filled. Eventually, memory will have to be lost at somewhere around the rate at which it
accumulates. If your sense of self persists, it would have to be at least content with the
knowledge of continuous memory loss. I'm sure I would find the condition futile and frustrating.
I would have to be a very different person than I am now to be happy with either that condition or
permanent boredom. Still sounds like an undesirable condition.
OTOH, forgetting is a very important mental function of our existing brains. Perhaps, we are in the middle of eternity and don't know, or care.
So how, exactly, does God know that She's NOT a brain in a vat?
