I'd call him a weapon. There are enough people hanging on his lips as is proven on this very board. Do you think it's a coincidence the christers here use the exact same quote Brian Fisher used to justify torture: "It's not torture, it's enhanced interrogation". They all repeat it like robots. Well, maybe some other nutter has the copyright to the phrase, but Fisher recently promoted it.
It's nothing a little SERE training wouldn't resolve. For that matter, I'll gladly waterboard him if he's to it. Then he can get back to us on the fine moral and legal distinctions between torture and 'enhanced interrogation'.
